These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Instant Interview (the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

You must be able to form a binding contract to use the Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under it. You agree to provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

• Do not use the Service for unlawful, harmful, or abusive activities.
• Do not attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, or overload the Service.
• Do not upload or transmit content that infringes others’ rights.

Some features may require purchasing credits. Credits represent the ability to access time-limited interview sessions as described in the product. Purchases may be non-refundable except where required by law.

Instant Interview uses X.AI Grok to power its voice AI interviewer. We do not use OpenAI or ChatGPT in any part of this Service.

This is a deliberate choice. OpenAI has entered into contracts with US government defence agencies, which is incompatible with our values as a company. We are committed to working with AI providers whose use of technology aligns with the principles of civilian benefit and harm avoidance.

We will review our technology choices on an ongoing basis and update this section if our AI providers change.

The Service, including its design and software, is owned by us or our licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service as permitted by these Terms.

You retain rights to the content you provide. You grant us permission to process your inputs (including audio) to provide the Service (e.g., generating transcripts and feedback). For more detail, see the Privacy Policy.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the interview feedback will be accurate or suitable for any particular purpose.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues.

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if you violate these Terms or if needed to protect the Service or users.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
