Which option should I choose?
Choose the 48-hour pass when your interview is within the next two days and you want to rehearse without watching a balance. Choose Core for occasional monthly practice, Pro for an active job search, or Annual for year-round practice at the lowest per-minute rate. Pick a one-time pack if you want practice minutes with no renewal.
How do practice minutes and credits work?
One credit pays for one minute of live interview time, rounded up. You can choose sessions from 3 to 30 minutes and end early whenever you want. Minutes bought in a one-time pack never expire. Unused subscription minutes stay in your balance when the next monthly allocation is added.
What do subscriptions add beyond practice time?
Subscriptions unlock advanced progress analytics, unlimited STAR Coach and answer rewrites, 100 evidence-grounded Ask Coach questions each month, company-specific briefings, and saved interview recordings. Core stores 10 recordings and 50 company briefs; Pro stores 30 recordings and 100 company briefs; Annual Plan stores 60 recordings and 200 company briefs. Credit packs add practice time without unlocking those subscriber extras. The 48-hour pass includes 25 Ask Coach questions and five-session progress context during its active window, but not the full subscriber extras.
When does the 48-hour pass begin?
Your 48 consecutive hours begin when payment completes. During that window you can run live practice interviews without using credits. It is a one-time purchase, not a subscription, so there is nothing to cancel.
Can I cancel a subscription?
Yes. You can cancel renewal at any time from the Stripe billing portal. Monthly access continues until the end of the current billing period. Annual plans are billed upfront; cancelling prevents the next annual renewal.
Is checkout secure?
Yes. Payment is handled directly by Stripe. Your card details are entered on Stripe’s systems; Instant Interview never sees or stores them.
